“If you listen to your body when it whispers, you won’t have to hear it scream.”

WELCOME TO GUILDFORD WELLNESS

Your session starts with a conversation with your therapist. By understanding what you’re looking to accomplish, your therapist can then pull from various techniques and taylor a treatment to address your specific needs.

Whether you’re an athlete, 9-5 warrior, or anybody in between, our therapists have dedicated themselves to helping people like you feel their best.

Remedial massage is a term for collective techniques designed to encourage the bodies own healing ability or to assist in the healing process of soft tissue disorder and injuries. This is achieved by encouraging healing, prevention of injury, and aiding in the rehabilitation process, ultimately leading towards a greater self awareness. This therapeutic method includes assessment of the body viarange of motion testing to give an accurate reading of the muscles and structures that need to be addressed.
